the lack of a lift made carrying bags up the stairs a hassle. but the beds were super comfy and well-kept. also, the reception team was incredibly welcoming and friendly. everything was spotlessly clean in the room.

The shower was decent and well-maintained.
My experience was nothing short of frustrating. The limited parking situation made it a nightmare to find a spot, especially after a long journey. The pillows provided were disappointingly flat.

The central location puts you within reach of several attractions. Free parking included in the cost is a definite plus for those traveling by car.
The bathroom had a persistent water issue, with a pool forming in the basin that didn't drain properly. The TV remote didn't work in my first room, leading to a hassle when moving to a second room. Noise from adjacent rooms can be disruptive, with one guest playing loud music late into the night, disrupting sleep. Check-out times are awkward, as reception isn't available before 8 AM, forcing guests to wait around.

The room was very comfortable. The air-con worked well. It was quiet. There was an I Pod dock. The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly! The hotel loaned me an umbrella when it was raining. I was very impressed with the Soho. I will definitely stay again!!! Oh and they had ironing facilities readily available. The breakfast was great too- loved the room service at no extra cost!
I was disappointed the restaurant wasn't open for dinner over the weekend. This would have been very useful as the room doesn't have a kitchen. That is the only thing I could fault the Soho on.

Free internet is a big plus! The city of Brisbane is a very nice place to go to! Breakfast is cheap and really good!
There is parking available but only 4 spaces! The contact before our arrival with the hotel was very rude from their side. No lift available and stairs are very narrow.

Excellent location, 15 minutes walk to the CBD, or use the free Spring Hill Loop Bus. Good Budget accommodation.

Soho is very convenient to the city for shopping and if your planning a night out and is clean.
Parking is a bit of a issue-not enough.

Request a room facing away from the busy road for a quieter experience, as noise levels can be disruptive.

1, Extremely small room, even small for young girl, I could barely put my luggage in the room. 2, The facility in the room are surprisingly old such as the old noisy air-condition. 3, When we check out, we want to deposit our luggage in the motel, the receptionst let us put our luggage against the wall, we thought maybe they will put them in a deposit room later, but when we back after a whole day, we found our luggage still there, no deposit room or no one take care of these luggage?? 4, No Lift in the motel, I helped an old couple move their luggage up to the fourth floor who are exhausted. 5, The motel is far from city. 6, The receptionists are not helpful. Overall, I strongly not recommend this motel, its not worth the price at all!

The balcony.
A hotel guide to some local attractions, restaurants and bars would have been really helpful.
